Magnolia Hi-Fi commissioned OAC to design a number of retail store and service centers throughout Washington, Oregon, and California.

Magnolia Hi-Fi invited OAC to renovate the Roosevelt Store and Auto installation Center and create a new Design Center on a busy street in a prominent Seattle neighborhood.

The solution presented by OAC highlighted the opportunity to enliven the block front and provide a welcoming series of storefronts for pedestrians. The result allows each use to have a distinct identity unified through color and architectural detail.
