Service Linen Supply sought to increase the processing capability of its commercial laundry facility, consolidate business operations, and enhance shipping and receiving capabilities. OAC provided architecture, permitting, structural engineering, project management, and construction management services for this project.

This plant expansion project included a 29,000-sq.-ft. commercial laundry facility and 5,300 sq. ft. of office space on its mezzanine level. The building features steel-frame construction with a CMU exterior.
