OAC provided building envelope consulting services from design through construction observation on this award-winning project.
The building integrates a contemporary European urban street facade and mixed-use components with Bellevue's Downtown Park and
'Old Main' business district.
The project consisted of 71 market and luxury apartments with over 5,300 sq. ft. of
pedestrian-oriented retail space surrounding a landscape entry courtyard, with a subsurface
parking garage for 108 vehicles.
