OAC has provided ongoing project and construction management services for over 20 projects
located at this high technology company's Redmond Campus and throughout the U.S. These projects have
ranged in size from less than $1 million to over $150 million in project costs.
The "Grand Slam" office complex projects include: Augusta, Troon, Pinehurst, and St. Andrews.
Other projects include: Overlake Connectivity, Redmond Offsite Traffic Improvements, Access
Controls, and the Y2K Readiness Program. OAC's long-term presence at the high technology campus has been a
