OAC provided construction management for the new campus of Open Window School. The new campus is located on a 7.62 acre site on Cougar Mountain with panoramic views to the west over Lake Washington, Seattle, and the Olympic Mountains.

The project includes a middle school wing, an elementary school classroom building, administration offices, gymnasium, and soccer playfields.
