OAC provided project and construction management support including schedule review and claims
analysis. Throughout this project, OAC helped to identify and analyze project alternatives and
developed project budget data for the owners, stakeholders, and project managers. Scope of work included meeting and conference rooms, dining facilities, libraries, a bookstore, and administrative offices. The building is a 2-story masonry exterior with a large 2-story-high commons area featuring a performance stage and flexible seating and meeting areas. |
