OAC provided value analysis and construction management support services for the Bellingham High School renovation and addition.
This project preserved the existing west façade and provided the construction of new additions with concrete walls and details
that complemented the original building design. A new main entry was constructed on the south side of the building. The existing
school auditorium was renovated and acoustic properties enhanced. The finished project was 56% renovation and 44% new construction. It included significant demolition of existing building spaces including the southeast wing, gymnasium, and other freestanding buildings on this relatively small site. |
