OAC provided construction management for the renovation and addition of a single story 244,000 square foot high school campus in Everett, Washington. This ten-phase project included six buildings on a 39-acre occupied campus. The high school building renovation included seismic, electrical, HVAC and major systems upgrades, major underground utility replacement, lead, PCB and asbestos abatement, the rebuilding of a 663-stall parking lot, and a new football field. |
