OAC preformed a construction integration planning (CIP) workshop for Hickam Air Force Base in Honolulu, Hawaii. The purpose of
the workshop was to provided program management planning to integrate all current and planned construction projects on the Base
including: C-17 Bed-down program; base housing; and multiple operations and maintenance projects. OAC prepared the master schedule with pictorial phasing plans and provided matrixes identifying potential impacts as well as action items for continued integration beyond the workshop. The total value of the projects within this program exceed $1 billion. |
