 OAC provided construction and project management services to the King County Library System for the new Issaquah Service Center. The new Service Center houses KCLS administrative staff and provides space for the processing and distribution of all new library materials.

This project involved difficult site development issues including less than ideal soil conditions which necessitated driving 340 piles to shore the foundation.
