OAC provided project and construction management services for this 19,000-sq.-ft., wood-frame senior health and
wellness center. The facility is leased from the Northshore Park and Recreation Service area and is a not-for-profit
connected with the Northshore Senior Center in Bothell. One of the top facilities of its type in the United States, it will complement the existing Senior Center and provide improved health care facilities. Amenities include: showers and personal care facilities, an indoor exercise room, outdoor exercise area, and full commercial kitchen and dining room. OAC’s high level of support to the owner included managing all facets of the project, including procurement and coordination of multiple contracts. By working closely with the owner on all key decisions, OAC resolved complex issues and became an extension of the Northshore Senior Center staff. |
