 OAC provided construction management for this 14-story, 350,000-sq.-ft. medical facility. The phased construction and relocation included new administrative offices, expansion and renovation of twelve surgery rooms, three new CAT laboratories, pharmacy relocation, and new HVAC equipment and controls. All work was completed while maintaining a fully operational medical facility.
