This expansion of the St. Joseph Hospital campus included a new 210-stall parking structure, a
125-stall garage as part of the ASB Building, a two-floor patient care addition, a new four-story
East Tower ambulatory care unit and cardiovascular treatment center, a three-story ambulatory
services building, and new central plant. Unique project challenges included construction over the existing surgery building, combinations of construction methods, and minimizing disruptions to ongoing hospital operations. |
