Issaquah Highlands is a planned community on 3,100 acres with 1,400 acres of permanent open space.
OAC provided construction management for infrastructure preparation and development of the
regional transmission main to support the growing Issaquah Highlands community. The transmission
main installation included approximately six miles of 24 inch ductile iron pipe line from Bellevue
to Issaquah.
