OAC provided value analysis, estimating, and risk assessment on the new 2-level concourse and five-story office facility for the
new South Terminal at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport. OAC's review resulted in more efficient phasing and improved access planning during construction for this complex project. Scope of work for the new South Terminal included: fourteen new airline gates; new terminal and south hall; 240,000 square foot five-story office structure; 1,400 foot long concourse and retail areas, and state-of-the art baggage handling system. |
