OAC has provided construction manager and superintendent staff augmentation to Port Construction Services on over 100 projects
since 1998. OAC services have included programming, estimating, scheduling, construction management, and supervision of Port
tradesman for projects ranging from $5,000 to $1,000,000. Projects have included new construction, renovations, tenant
improvements, infrastructure upgrades, demolition, and hazardous material remediation.
