Value Analysis

OAC optimizes projects through value analysis (VA) by improving function, minimizing costs, and balancing environmental sustainability with life cycle costs.

OAC is on the forefront of VA methodology and we base our rigorous standards on SAVE International principles. We consistently employ and perfect innovative approaches, such as our Web-based VA team collaboration, setting new standards for VA project delivery.

Since 1966, we have developed our VA approach to improve the value of projects-not as a way to simply reduce costs. We deliver results by building better.
